Our Mission
We are not a vegan or vegetarian restaurant. We are proud to served traditional recipes that require fish sauce, oyster sauce, or shrimp paste. We can adjust the protein from meat to tofu or Veggie if you prefer. We try our best to do homemade sauces the way my family will cook for me back in my hometown in Bangkok. Don't expect the commercial flavor especially Pad Thai, which we make by simmering together tamarind, palm sugar and fish sauce.

About Us
Mod , Manny & Pat
Napaporn Chansri arrived from Bangkok Thailand to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2006 as part of an internship program at her Hotel and Tourism Industry School, after traveling through Asia and a training program in England she returned to Aspen in late 2009. She married Chef Manny Diaz formerly from the Little Nell and Jimmy's Restaurant & Bar among other fine Aspen hospitality icons and Patrick the youngest member of the family attends Basalt Elementary school, growing in a restaurant oriented family expect to see Patrick very often at Mod's Thai House.
